1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 888 baji platform and its user ("you" or "member"). 2 Account Registration

To join 888 baji, a member must open an account with accurate and complete information. If the information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading, 888 baji reserves the right to cancel the account at any time.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be cancelled and the balances in both accounts may be forfeited.
• The mobile number, email address, and personal details provided during registration must belong to the member.
• 888 baji may request a copy of a national ID card or passport at any time to verify an account.
• Opening an account by hiding your actual location using a proxy, VPN, or any other means is prohibited.

2.2 Updating Information

If any registered information changes (such as a mobile number or email), the member is responsible for updating it. 888 baji is not liable for any issues arising from outdated information.

3 Age and Eligibility

Participation on 888 baji is only for persons aged 21 or above. By registering, a member confirms they are at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account.

3.1 Age Verification

888 baji may request a copy of a valid ID to confirm a member's age when necessary. If verification is not completed within the specified time, account activity will be temporarily suspended. If an underage person's account is found, all funds in that account will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that using 888 baji's services from their location is permitted under their applicable laws. 888 baji is not liable for any legal complications arising from this.

4 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account username and password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 888 baji support team immediately.

4.1 Password Protection

• Passwords must not be shared with any other person.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, you must log out after use.
• It is recommended to change your password at regular intervals.
• Avoid using the same password across multiple sites.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

No member may transfer, sell, or permit the use of their account to another person. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

888 baji uses Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are completed through SSL encrypted channels.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• The mobile wallet account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

5.3 Transaction Verification

For deposit or withdrawal requests, 888 baji may ask for an OTP or other verification method. 888 baji reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious transactions for investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

888 baji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms that must be followed. 888 baji's decision on any matter related to bonuses will be considered final.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, and to withdraw from the bonus, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A member may use a bonus offer only once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus misuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and related winnings may also be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

6.3 VIP Cashback

888 baji's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers cashback on weekly net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond. For example, a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

7 Game and Betting Rules

888 baji offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

7.1 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

All betting decisions are made at the member's own discretion. 888 baji does not guarantee any bet or game outcome. If a bet is cancelled due to internet connection or technical issues, it will be settled according to standard rules.

7.2 Match Settlement

• For sports betting, 888 baji uses reliable third-party data sources to determine match results.
• If a bet is accepted by mistake or recorded at incorrect odds, 888 baji reserves the right to cancel or correct it.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard rules.

7.3 Technical Errors

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 888 baji platform. Violating these terms may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of related funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Colluding with other members to create or manipulate artificial bets.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software or game engine.
• Operating bets or games using bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Managing accounts or providing betting services on behalf of third parties.
• Impersonating 888 baji staff or making contact under a false identity.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by 888 baji

888 baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or the need for investigation. In such cases, an attempt will be made to notify the member by email or live chat.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their own account. To do so, please contact the support team. Withdraw your available balance before closing the account. Bonus funds will be forfeited at the time of account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or deliberate error.
• Any loss arising from account information falling into the hands of a third party due to the member's own carelessness.

888 baji is always committed to maintaining service quality; however, liability for any unforeseen technical failure will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

888 baji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

12.1 Effective Date of Changes

12.2 Legal Validity
